These terms govern your use of norlohealth.com, operated by Tech Medics LLC under the Norlo name. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Not medical advice or emergency care

Public website content is educational and is not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for a licensed clinician. Do not use this site for an emergency. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Eligibility and clinical independence

You must be at least 18 and located in a state where the service is available. A separate telehealth platform connects eligible users with independent licensed providers. Providers exercise independent clinical judgment. Completing intake or paying for a service does not assure that medication will be prescribed.

Accounts and accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current information, protect account credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or omit information that could affect clinical decisions.

Orders, recurring billing, and cancellation

Available products, prices, order cadence, and renewal terms are shown before purchase on the care platform. If you authorize recurring orders, charges continue at the disclosed cadence until canceled. Cancellation must occur before an order enters processing. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected services, interfere with operations, or use content in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The website’s original text, visual design, trademarks, and software are owned by or licensed to Tech Medics LLC. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership or permit republication.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. Availability may be interrupted and content may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Medics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use.
