This policy explains how Tech Medics LLC, doing business as Norlo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit norlohealth.com or communicate with us. The separate telehealth platform, medical providers, and dispensing pharmacies may provide their own privacy notices.

We may collect contact information you provide, records of support communications, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, and referral or campaign information. Medical intake information is collected through the secure care platform and is governed by the notices shown there.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to requests, route visitors to the appropriate care experience, measure site performance, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve our services. We do not use sensitive health information for targeted advertising.

How information may be shared
